The eleventh international exhibition “Smart Energy Week” was held in Japan

For the first time the Republic of Tajikistan participated in the Smart Energy Week. Our country was represented by the Association of Renewable Energy of Tajikistan headed by the President of the Association Mr. Umarkhon Madvaliev.
In the exhibition were presented Tajikistan’s achievements in the field of green energy, including best practices in using solar energy to provide electricity and hot water in mountainous environments, assessment of solar and wind resources for construction of large solar and wind power plants, and improving the energy efficiency of buildings. The purposes of the participation in the exhibition were to get updated with new achievements in the field of energy and attraction of foreign investment for the development of green energy in Tajikistan.
