Samsung announced its intention to switch to renewable energy

Samsung joins the movement led by Apple Inc. and other Silicon Valley companies. The South Korean giant said it will use an increasing share of renewable energy in factories and other operations in the United States, Europe and China, but will still rely on local power grids that use fossil fuels and, to compensate, will buy loans from -outside renewable energy energy providers. The company has not yet determined which sources it will use.
